am looking out on the mountains here in banff and thinking of all of you as we gather together in the atmosphere and spirit reaching out from Shamcher....
Shamcher is always easy for me to find. I chose today, his urs, to publish my book and so I might have been distracted by all the things that need to be done to publicize, or I may have gotten a good glimpse into what I need to do from our dear friend. I did fall into a very deep sleep which I very much needed. That was very healing.
When I do that "reach" with Shamcher I recognize that his reality (what I catch of it) is so wonderful and it is so great for me to be there, and so affirming.
Maybe you know him anyways. About this contact, Shamcher wrote: "Inayat Khan often said 'Mureeds who have never met me, never seen me, will often be closer to me than you, who know me as a person.' I am meeting such mureeds, closer to him, every day."

Thanks for organizing this meditation and for the ongoing posts concerning Shamcher. I find myself deeply inspired by something in each post.
